Shipping Policy

OUR POLICY:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been placed.
  • Hours of operation are 9 AM - 6 PM EST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.
  • One shipping address destination per order. We cannot ship to multiple addresses under a single order.
  • International shipments are subject to customs procedures for clearance, which can influence the original delivery estimates.
  • All listed product pricing are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency.
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for  refused or undeliverable shipments.
  • We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If you opted into Route and, experience an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
  • Taxes and duties will vary by country/region of the shipping destination and determined during checkout.
  • International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses 

PLEASE NOTE

STANDARD PROCESSING TIME is 3 - 4 business days.

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until the following Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sunday.

PREORDER ITEMS are not eligible for Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future date.

HOLIDAYS/EVENTS/PRODUCT LAUNCHES may extend processing and delivery estimates.

SHIPPING RATES:

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

FREE standard shipping - 5 to 7 business days (after processing). * Only valid on orders with a subtotal of $100+ (before tax)

Standard Shipping ($8.95) - 5 to 7 business days (after processing). * please note standard shipping can take up to an additional 21 days for APO/ FPO/ DPO/ Military addresses.

Express Shipping  ($18.95) - 2 to 3 business days (after processing)

Orders must be placed by 12pm ET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 3-4 business days. Delivery estimates are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Please note that processing times may take longer during peak seasons and holidays.

International Orders

PLEASE NOTE: all shipping details must be submitted in English, due to our shipping courier's requirements.  

All orders are charged a flat rate for transportation costs. This fee doesn’t include any duties & taxes that might be required for customs clearance.

Economy International ($30.00) - 6 to 18 business days (from time of shipment)

Canada - Standard International ($25.00) - 5 to 12 business days (from time of shipment)

Countries Danessa Myricks Beauty U.S. does not ship to (listed but not limited to): Mexico, Spain, Turkey, Russia, France, Italy (EU), Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, and Ukraine.

Some countries (such as Peru, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, South Korea, India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, etc.) require the recipient’s tax ID for packages to go through customs clearance. If you live in a country with this requirement, please make sure to provide your tax ID at checkout.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Customers must double-check all their order details (shipping address, contact info, shades/quantities/products, etc.) are correct prior to checkout.
  • International shipments are subject to customs procedures for clearance, which can affect their ETA.
  • All shipping prices listed above are quoted in USD; the prices at checkout (and while shopping) are displayed in your selected local currency
  • Duties and taxes will vary by country/region of the shipping destination and are ultimately determined by customs.
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable shipments.
  • Please allow 3 to 4 business days for tracking information to update (once you receive a tracking number)

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE?

When packages leave our warehouse facility, we unfortunately do not have control over shipping delays or handling conditions. 

 If you opted into Route and, experience an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

If you opted out of Route and experience an issue with your order. Please file a claim with the shipping courier.
