I initially thought the lighter shades were too light for my skin tone, but the cream part is great for a decent cut crease. Great essentials palette
"Mattes are very pigmented, and the balms have a learning curve but definitely don't try to apply too much in one swipe or it tends to clump. The balm shades dries down to a powder finish pretty quickly. If using on the lips and you want sheen will have to add a gloss above. Looking forward to more groundwork releases. Rearranged the palette to match the order that makes sense to me lightest to darkest."
