Their contacts only lead to AI virtual assistants, which have made me resubmit my information repeatedly and then stopped replying. I tried to contact them again from a separate email address and they stated my original claims were never submitted and then stopped replying there too. I would not risk ordering from here unless you're ok with not receiving your items and eating whatever money you spent."
