How do I check my order status?
Once your Order is complete, you will receive email updates automatically from our site. You can use these emails to track your order from processing to completion. All US based orders will also automatically receive their tracking information.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to the email provided during checkout. If you’re still experiencing issues tracking your order, feel free to send an email to our customer service team by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to include: your full name, address and order number.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We’re happy to change the shipping address for you prior to shipping. Please fill out the below form and include your full name, order number, original address and the address you prefer we ship to instead.
Do you provide Free Shipping?
Yes, on orders over $100 being shipped within the US.
Does Danessa Myricks Ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally for a flat rate of $30. At this time, we do not cover any duties or taxes required by the destination country.
Help! My item is damaged.
Oh no! Don’t worry love, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery using the form below so we can address this issue. Please include: your name, order number and a photo or video so we can best assist you.
What is your return policy?
Danessa Myricks Beauty accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original, undamaged, unopened packaging in order to be eligible for return. To initiate the refund process, please fill out the below form and include the following: Name, Address, Email Address and Order number. Please note – opened and or used products and shipping costs are non-refundable (as those funds are paid directly to the shipping carrier -UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.).
