How do I check my order status?
Once your Order is complete, you will receive email updates automatically from our site. You can use these emails to track your order from processing to completion. All US based orders will also automatically receive their tracking information.

Yes, on orders over $100 being shipped within the US.
Does Danessa Myricks Ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally for a flat rate of $30. At this time, we do not cover any duties or taxes required by the destination country.

What is your return policy?
Danessa Myricks Beauty accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original, undamaged, unopened packaging in order to be eligible for return. To initiate the refund process, please fill out the below form and include the following: Name, Address, Email Address and Order number. Please note – opened and or used products and shipping costs are non-refundable (as those funds are paid directly to the shipping carrier -UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.).
