Refunds: Items that are unopened and sealed in their original packaging are eligible for a refund if a return form is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Store Credit: Items that are opened or unsealed are eligible for store credit if a return form is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Damage Claims: For items that arrive damaged, you can fill out a return form and provide photos of which items are in damaged condition.*Damage claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.*
Unsolicited Returns: Packages sent without our return form or return label will not be accepted.
Timely Return: Returns must be shipped to us within 1 week of receiving our return label.
For returns under 50 USD
15% will be deducted from the amount you receive in a refund. If you opt to get store credit, there will be no deduction from the amount you receive in store credit. Standard shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
For returns of 50 USD or more
A flat rate of 8.95 USD will be deducted from the amount receive in a refund. If you opt to get store credit, there will be no deduction from the amount you receive in store credit. Standard shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
